7-Day Balanced Reset
Not a crash diet. A whole-food week built around the same principles this site keeps coming back to: protein at every meal, real fiber, and nothing extreme.
General metabolic health, steadier energy, improved digestion
This plan is not built around restriction. It is built around the two things that most reliably move the needle for most people: protein at every meal rather than backloaded into dinner, and enough fiber to actually feel full and support digestion. Swap any protein source for a vegetarian or vegan equivalent freely, and treat the meals as a template, not a strict script.
Portion sizes here are intentionally general, since individual needs vary with body size, activity level, and goals. If you are managing diabetes, kidney disease, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, work with your doctor to adapt this rather than following it as written.
